Before the celebration
Take care of these essentials so you can focus on celebrating your achievement.
Pass all your courses and complete your Social Outreach Project (SOP).
Students who wish to participate in the ceremony must complete the Intent to Graduate form. Submit your Talent Release form before collecting your cap and gown.
Have your payment proof and both completed forms ready. Caps and gowns are issued on Graduation Picture Day; you will be directed to the collection room on arrival.

Return your gown to the gown area to receive your refreshment ticket.
Celebrate together
Each graduand receives one refreshment ticket for themselves only, issued after the ceremony when their gown is returned.
Look the part
Gowns are issued on Graduation Picture Day. Confirm the date and collection arrangements with Registry.
