The Occupational Associate Degree in Construction Site Management is a two-year full-time programme offered at Brown’s Town Community College (BTCC). This workforce-oriented degree prepares students to effectively supervise and manage construction projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, project planning, building codes, and construction operations.

Hands-on preparation for site leadership: scheduling, supervision, HSE compliance, documentation, and cost awareness. Strong emphasis on Jamaican standards and practical fieldwork.

Applicants without Mathematics must complete Foundation Concepts in Mathematics I, II, and III in Year 1.
Mature entry: Applicants with relevant work experience or vocational training may be admitted under the mature entry policy.
