TECHNICAL PROGRAMMES

Please note: 2020/2021 High School Graduates pursuing an Associate Degree, Associate of Applied Science Degree, Occupational Associate Degree, CXC Associate Degree or NVQ-J Level 2 Certificate may qualify to receive a tuition contribution under the Government Sixth Form Pathway Programme. If tuition exceeds the government grant, students will be expected to pay the balance. Conditions Apply.

Associate Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS)

The Associate Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) is a practical and theoretical based programme that will equip graduates with the development, systems design, and programming skills that will enable them to function effectively in a variety of entry-level positions in the Information Technology sector. The programme will prepare graduates to work as a part of a team to design, test, document, implement, and evaluate the performance of an information system.

Associate of Applied Science in Architectural and Construction Technology (ADACT)

The Associate of Applied Science in Architectural and Construction Technology (ADACT) provides students with the theoretical and technical knowledge and skills in field of construction and architectural technology that will enable them to function effectively in a variety of entry-level positions or matriculate to a bachelor’s degree programme.

Occupational Associate Degree in Construction Site Management

The Occupational Associate Degree in Construction Site Management is designed to provide students with the professional and occupational competencies in the skill area of construction or building engineering. The programme prepares graduates to be competent in overseeing construction projects and assume supervisory roles where opportunities are presented.

CXC Associate of Science in Industrial Technology (CAPE Subjects)

The CXC Associate of Science in Industrial Technology (CAPE Subjects) provide students with the opportunity to pursue a cluster of CAPE subjects with an area of specialization in Industrial Technology. The programme prepares students for further study that enables careers in architectural design, mechanical design, industrial engineering, distribution and logistics, computer technology, supply chain engineering and aviation.

Pre-University Engineering Sciences (CAPE Subjects)

The Pre-University Engineering Sciences (CAPE Subjects) programme provide students with the opportunity to pursue a cluster of CAPE subjects such as Building & Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics and Pure Mathematics. The programme prepares students to pursue tertiary studies and enable careers in their preferred area of specialization.

Electrical Installation (NVQ-J Level 2)
