Co-Curricular Activities

Brown’s Town Community College has a trained and qualified staff who nurture our students and help them to develop their full potential.

Over the years, our students have made us proud in the academics, sports and the performing arts.

In 2006 the cricket team was crown the Jamaica Intercollegiate Sports Association Rural Area Champion and Joint National Champions with UWI. The team currently plays in the Jamaica Intercollegiate Association Division.

The Brown’s Town Community College’s basketball team won the Jamaica Intercollegiate Sports Association Division 2 (two) basketball competition in December 2007 and will be promoted to Division 1 (one) in 2008. The team had 2 (two) National Representatives Dwayne Mair and Gavin Brown. ( see the  Intercollegiate Awards for Sports document to complete this section)

Our international involvement in sporting competitions

Making our contribution to national development through sports, from parish based competitions to international tournaments.
