This hands-on 45-hour course provides learners with fundamental skills in cake baking and decorating. Participants will learn to bake a variety of cake types and apply professional decorating techniques such as piping, fondant work, and themed cake design. The course combines theory, demonstrations, and practical experience to build creativity, precision, and confidence in the kitchen.

Minimum of one (1) CSEC/GCE subject, or entrance test, or relevant work experience.
