The Associate of Applied Science in Architectural & Construction Technology is a two-year full-time programme offered at Brown’s Town Community College (BTCC). This programme is designed to equip students with the technical knowledge and practical skills required for entry-level roles in the fields of architecture, drafting, construction management, and building technology.

Applied training across drawing, CAD, building science, and construction methods. Studio and lab work emphasize Jamaican codes, site practice, and project coordination.

Applicants without Mathematics must complete Foundation Concepts in Mathematics I, II, and III in Year 1.
Mature applicants with relevant experience may apply under CCCJ’s mature entry policy.
