The Occupational Associate Degree in Restaurant Operations is a two-year full-time programme offered at Brown’s Town Community College (BTCC). This programme is designed to develop competent restaurant professionals with the operational, management, and customer service skills needed to thrive in the food service industry.

Delivery Mode: Full-time only
Practice-led training for front- and back-of-house operations: food production, service standards, menu and cost control, sanitation, and team leadership. Labs, simulations, and industry exposure are built in.

Applicants without Mathematics must complete Foundation Concepts in Mathematics I, II, and III in Year 1.
Mature applicants or those with prior hospitality/culinary experience may apply through the mature entry pathway.
