QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and COMPETENCIES:

Desired Qualification:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ hands-on administrative support experience

  • High level of organization
  • Keen on accuracy
  • Detail oriented
  • Purpose driven

SKILLS AND SPECIALIZED TECHNIQUES:

  1. High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  2. Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Suite Applications
  5. Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  6. Collation of information for reports
  7. Commendable ability to take Minutes
  8. Knowledge of record keeping standards
